If we have not sold you on our services yet, or your are just seeing what is available in the marketplace for managed it services, this guide explains the different MSP pricing models in depth. Its important to understand this information when shopping for tech services as what may seem like a lesser expensive option can quickly be nickeled and dimed into expensive monthly bills (that you are contractually obligated to pay for). We try to be more like your internal IT department. Small projects or changes within reason are bundled, especially those that help us be more successful.

As an example, lets say we are spending 4 hours a month troubleshooting spam email issues for you. The solution will be tweak or replace your spam filtering system, either in Microsoft Exchange or migrate to a 3rd party tool. Why would we charge you 10 hours to implement this tool or deep dive into your current spam filtering policies when ultimately we save time and expense by completing this project for you. You also get a better, more secure communication platform. This means less issues later down the line like virus removal.

Why on earth as a business owner should YOU have to pay your managed services company ON TOP of what you are already paying, so that later down the line they have even less work to do. This is NOT how we operate. Mutually beneficial projected within reason are included in your managed it services pricing package for this very reason.

Our Additional Fees

Basic monthly managed IT services package is based on remote management. If onsite service is necessary, or if remote management is not possible, the Business Hours Support rate will be used for travel time. Support requests are handled by emailing support@mytetech.com or through our management application on your machine.

 

  • Business Hours Support: $120 / hour (billed in 15 minute increments)
  • After Hours Support: $145 / hour (billed in 1 hour increments)
  • Emergency / Holiday Support: $225 / hour (billed in 1 hour increments)
