Additional Fees

Monthly Plans is based on remote management. If onsite service is necessary, or if remote management is not possible, the Business Hours Support rate will be used for travel time. Support requests are handled by emailing


  • Business Hours Support: Package price per hour (billed in 15 minute increments)
  • After Hours Support: Package price + $25 / hour (billed in 1 hour increments)
  • Emergency / Holiday Support: $225 / hour (billed in 1 hour increments)
