Additional Fees

Basic monthly managed IT services package is based on remote management. If onsite service is necessary, or if remote management is not possible, the Business Hours Support rate will be used for travel time. Support requests are handled by emailing support@mytetech.com or through our management application on your machine.

 

  • Business Hours¬†Support: $120 / hour (billed in 15 minute increments)
  • After Hours Support: $145 / hour (billed in 1 hour increments)
  • Emergency / Holiday Support:¬†$225 / hour (billed in 1 hour increments)
